Questions

Answers before you ask

Do you handle building control?: Yes — notices, inspections and the completion certificate are part of the job.
What about variations?: Priced and signed before the work happens. No surprises on the final invoice.
Are your trades employed or subcontracted?: The core trades are ours. Specialists are named in the quote.
Do you offer a guarantee?: Twelve months on workmanship, plus whatever the manufacturer gives on materials.
